Meet the Adult Provider & Children Services Team
Julia Marley, Staff Development Officer
Julia leads the team to provide Adult Social Care staff training for the Northumberland area. She has responsibility for the management of QCF Diploma programmes and leads on the Skills for Care Workforce Development Fund Project.
Louise Aisbitt, QCF Training Coordinator
Lou coordinates learning and development for QCF courses at a range of levels to include Business Administration, Customer Service, Health and Social Care. She is also responsible for coordination of short courses within the LDU Team to include End of Life Care, Administration of Medication and Dementia Awareness.
Janine Fish, Training Coordinator
Janine is responsible for the planning and coordination of training needs across the private, voluntary and independent sector for Health and Social Care in Northumberland, working closely with managers and providers to ensure all staff training needs are met. Janine is also the internal verifier on QCF programmes and moderator for short courses. She delivers Equality and Diversity, Leadership and Management and NAPPI (Non-abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) Levels 1, 2 and 3 training across Northumberland.
Eileen Baldwin, Training Officer (Children Services)
Eileen is responsible for delivering training to children’s residential services, Foster carers and Day care workers. Eileen also delivers the level 5 Diploma in Leadership Management, Level 3 in Health and Social care and also Level 3 for the children and young people workforce. She is also a NAPPI Trainer and has developed a Bespoke training programme for residential services across Northumberland.
