OCR Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration

 

The Level 3 is ideal if you have some knowledge and experience of administration systems. You want to develop your skills to implement and monitor administrative procedures and systems, perhaps to move into a management role. This qualification is aimed at personal assistants or office administrators.

 

Structure of Qualification

 

To achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration, you must complete a minimum of 40 credits, of which, at least 27 credits must come from units at level 3:

 

13 credits must be completed from GROUP A MANDATORY UNITS; and

A minimum of 14 credits from GROUP B OPTIONAL UNITS

A minimum of 13 further credits from GROUP B OPTIONAL UNITS or GROUP C OPTIONAL UNITS

 

OCR Level 4 Diploma in Business and Administration

 

The Level 4 is ideal if you deliver administrative support services and contribute at a strategic level. You may lead or manage a team, or want to move on to such a role. You need a range of administrative and management skills, such as budget management and promoting innovation. This qualification is aimed at senior central administrative roles.

 

Structure of Qualification

 

To achieve a Level 4 Diploma in Business and Administration, you must complete a minimum of 39 credits, of which 27 credits must be selected from units at level 4.

 

20 credits must be completed from GROUP A MANDATORY CORE UNITS; and

– A minimum of 19 credits must be completed from GROUP B OPTIONAL UNITS
