LEARNING TOGETHER HOME PAGE
As you are probably aware our home page on Learning Together has changed. This is a work in progress and over the coming weeks you will notice more changes. Hopefully you will find this more user friendly.
If you have any suggestions on the way it looks then please let us know as all ideas are welcome. This is your learning site.
To continue following Josephines blog – log into Learning Together and click the Blog button on the homepage.
We have had lots of positive feedback from our Dementia training –
“I thought the trainer’s delivery was excellent and the course was interesting with lots of interaction with participants”
“Found course very informative & useful”
“One of the best training sessions I’ve been to for a long time”
“The Course was Excellent”
If you would like to book Dementia training please log on to Learning Together or alternatively contact us
to arrange in-house training.
Due to the closure of Hepscott Park, we have had to source an alternative venue for training.
We now have access to a training room Cramlington. Details can be found under the ‘Venues’ button on the home page of Learning Together
Did you know that individuals are now able to register themselves on Learning Together?
Managers no longer need to complete ‘new starter’ forms, then wait for us to send you user names — individuals can now set up their own accounts directly onto the system! It takes seconds to do, and your account is active immediately.
A couple of things to note before your staff do this:
- Please make sure the manager of the service, or whoever will be the authorising manager, has an account already – if your staff apply for any courses that require manager approval, they will need to be able to select the correct person to authorise their booking.
- An email address is now required for each individual. This can be work or personal – this is by far the most effective way to make use of the full benefits of LDU Community Online – they will receive confirmations of bookings, reminders for courses that they’ve booked onto, and notifications of changes or cancellations of courses. If individuals don’t have email addresses, it is very quick and easy to create their own, via Yahoo, Google, Hotmail, etc.
As always you can contact LDU Community and we will be happy to help.
We are very interested in hearing your views about LDU Community. Can I ask you spare a few minutes of your time to complete the survey which you will find as an attachment to this email and return to us.
