|Event Overview: This half day session aims to provide participants with an awareness and familiarisation of the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA) and explore its implications for practice. The Act sets out how individuals’ needs may be assessed and met at times when they lack capacity to make decisions themselves.
